Please confirm your shipping address before payment, your phone number is required. Items usually ship within 2 business days after your payment.
Package transit time usually takes 7 to 10 business days, depending on the destination. If you live in a rural area, it may take one or two days more. Holidays, strike, war and other non-artificial factors are beyond the control of the Postal Service.
Returns
All products on our website can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. These items should be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and unused condition. Please note that once your return items are received and found to be worn or dirty, these items will be returned to you. Please contact us before doing this and wait for our response.
Exchange
Shipping costs, all duties, taxes and additional fees for international exchanges are paid by the customer, except for faulty items shipped by us. After the package is dispatched, please email us the tracking number. We are not responsible for returned products lost in the post. If the items are non-quality problem, the customer needs to add postage for exchange delivery fees. Returns can take one to two weeks to process and require at least one billing cycle for credit to appear in your account.
